★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da febbraio 2020 ad oggi (12 Settembre) non hanno ancora finito i lavori di rifacimento dei balconi. Non rispettano gli orari condominiali, iniziano a lavorare prima dell’orario consentito dal regolamento condominiale facendo un caos infernale senza un minimo di riguardo per nessuno. Lentissimi e disordinati, hanno reso l’area privata del condominio un magazzino per la loro roba, e tra una facciata e l’altra hanno preso più di un mese di pausa. Bassa anche la qualità della pittura delle ringhiere. Sconsigliati su tutta la linea. Da evitare come la peste.
From February 2020 to today (September 12) they have not yet finished the renovation of the balconies. They do not respect the condominium hours, they start working before the time allowed by the condominium regulations, creating a hellish chaos without a minimum of regard for anyone. Very slow and messy, they made the private area of the condominium a warehouse for their stuff, and between one facade and the other they took more than a month's break. The painting quality of the railings is also low. Not recommended across the board. To be avoided like the plague.
