★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono per niente soddisfatto del trattamento riservatomi dall assicuratore in quanto è molto difficile da lui ricevere risposte telefoniche posso capire che si è impegnati ma il giorno dopo potrebbe richiamare visto che se una persona chiama è perché ha bisogno e non tramite SMS perché lo ritengo poco professionale se questo da fastidio potrebbe cambiare lavoro .
 I am not at all satisfied with the treatment reserved for me by the insurer as it is very difficult for him to receive telephone answers I can understand that he is busy but the next day he could call back since if a person calls it is because he needs and not via SMS because I consider it little professional if this bothers you could change jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I primi di Dicembre avrei dovuto sostenere un colloquio tramite Skype con la responsabile delle Risorse Umane della Vostra agenzia. Nei giorni precedenti, dopo averle inoltrato Curriculum aggiornato, Le ho domandato se l'offerta riguardasse un tirocinio o partita iva e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. La mattina del colloquio é sparita, non ha risposto su Skipe, alla telefonata sul cellulare e persino su LinkedIn. Peccato che i miei messaggi sono stati visualizzati, e a distanza di ore non ha avuto nemmeno la decenza di rispondere alle mie domande. La figura che millanta di essere a quanto pare non é, dal momento in cui non ha un minimo di rispetto del mio tempo e della mia disponibilità. Non esistono scusanti per simili atteggiamenti e qualunque fosse stata la ragione, bastava comunicarmelo preventivamente. Ho già sostenuto mesi fa un colloquio con questa persona e la serietà che mi era parso di cogliere, a quanto pare é tutta apparenza. Cordiali saluti.

There are no excuses for such attitudes and whatever the reason was, it was enough to let me know in advance. Oggi ho ben chiaro che la prevenzione è fondamentale e come mi ha detto Marzia adesso, dopo aver sottoscritto le mie polizze, sono molto più coperta e serena. È stata veramente una bella esperienza che mi ha portato a conoscere cose che non conoscevo.
