Vorrei riacquistare il pezzo di ricambio ma nonostante solleciti non mi hanno ancora inviato fattura per avere il pezzo.. Essendo artigiano che monta questo tipo di rubinetteria dovrò rivolgermi ad altra azienda più seria o andare ad Ikea, prendere rubinetti da 50 euro e quando si rompe si butta.. Poi volevo il set completo in bagno, ho chiesto un preventivo direttamente all'azienda in quanto i tempi di consegna di rivenditori per il miscelatore vasca erano lunghi. Il servizio commerciale è lento. Non rispondono alle mail. Ho mandato solleciti ma nessun risconto. Non c'è l'attenzione al cliente.
