We found this shop by chance from which we bought a wall faucet at a great price. After placing the order, we contacted the store to find out when it would arrive. The reps were very nice and gave all the specifics. The package was delivered yesterday, ahead of schedule and the product is perfect. Thank you !!! We are very satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une première commande effectué par l 'intermédiaire de Manomano pour une tète de robinet céramique, livret sans problème, la tète correspond, donc je commande a nouveau deux tètes a l identique. La société GLS livre le 16 novembre a un certain Mr DUMARTIN, qui n'est pas du tout mon nom, je signale l 'erreur a Manomano le 18 novembre, un mail de Rubinetteria le 19 novembre et la durant plusieurs jours échange de mails, envoie d'attestation sur l honneur de non reception de colis... Jusqu'au 12 décembre ou la réponse de Rubinetteria, votre demande de remboursement ou de renvoie de colis est tardive, nous ne pouvons rien faire. Rubinetteria est responsable jusqu'à la bonne réception du colis auprès de du client, si le transporteur n'a pas fait le job, ce n'est pas la faute du client, la responsabilité de Rubinetteria est engagé.
J'espère recevoir ma commande ou a défaut être remboursé et pouvoir noté le vendeur de façon plus positive, ce dernier devrait se retourné vers la société de transport.
Le problème est toujours en cours entre Manomano qui fait le lien et le vendeur, affaire a suivre
Commande non reçue : Comment agir en cas de retard ou défaut de livraison ?
Dans le cadre d'un achat en ligne, la loi protège le consommateur en cas de retard ou de commande non reçue :
- L'article L111-1 du Code de la consommation impose au vendeur de préciser la date ou le délai de livraison au moment de la commande.
- L'article L216-1 du Code de la consommation oblige le vendeur en ligne à livrer les produits dans un délai maximal de 30 jours à compter de la commande.
- À défaut de livraison dans le délai imparti, l'article L216-2 du Code de la consommation permet à l'acheteur de demander la résolution du contrat en vue d'obtenir le remboursement de la commande non reçue. Le vendeur doit procéder au remboursement dans un délai maximal de 14 jours à compter de la demande du client.

La livraison, au regard de la loi, s'entend de la prise de possession physique des produits par l'acheteur. Si le client n'a pas pris possession des produits, le vendeur est considéré comme défaillant.

Order not received: How to act in the event of a delay or failure to deliver?
In the context of an online purchase, the law protects the consumer in the event of a delay or an order not received:

Après, plutôt que de renvoyer la pièce à la bonne adresse et régler leurs différents en interne et bien, vous client, vous êtes au centre de tout cela et vous attendez un mois en ayant été menaçant en plus heureusement sinon j'y serai encore...
Pas sérieux du tout pour un Pro et, ce type de vendeur devrait être bani de toutes les plates-formes d'achat en ligne

We’ve received pretty much no real answer nor help from the customer service, so far. Really not professional. Hope to get some help soon

They stated delivery dates they did not comply with
They said they'd use DHL, but end up using a different courier company.
This new courier company would not answer the phone and when physically went to their office, they could not tell where the parcel was, never mind had a clue as of when it would arrive.
Rubinetteriashop does not answer mails timeously and never answered my phone calls.
I specifically asked them to make sure they will deliver within the specified dates, because we were at a certain address only for a few days on holidays.
Parcel did not arrive and we asked for a change of address and contact details, which they did (only partially because they did not change the contact details)
9 days from placing the order, we still had not received a tracking number.
They only started acting once they saw a negative review on Trustpilot, but their reaction was:
- first, denied the problem,
- then, lied about the shipping date (which they assure was day 1 from purchase, but the courier company states was day 8 from purchase),
- next, they started threatening with legal actions
- lastly, they started insulting and insisting on not receiving the parcel, we were not worth clients for them and not ready for online buying, they decide.
