★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata contattata dal servizio clienti Crolla dopo un mio reclamo perché dopo due mesi di utilizzo di un rubinetto da cucina mod. Henry con doccino estraibile, la cromatura si è tutta macchiata. Alla fine, mi hanno fatto contattare dal rivenditore che mi ha comunicato che non mi cambiano il rubinetto perché è colpa mia avendo usato (dicono loro) un prodotto aggressivo tipo lo chanteclair. Veramente assurdo!! Mai più Crolla!!
I was contacted by the Crolla customer service after my complaint because after two months of using a kitchen tap mod. Henry with pull-out hand shower, the chrome has all stained. In the end, they made me contact the dealer who informed me that they do not change the tap because it is my fault for having used (they say) an aggressive product such as chanteclair. Really absurd !! Never collapse again!
