★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato presso peduzzi quattro miscelatori Bongio, uno dei quali ha da subito avuto problemi. gocciolava continuamente, ho sostituito la cartuccia e non è servito a niente. L'idraulico ha provato più volte a regolare la ghiera di fissaggio e nel frattempo il lavandino è diventato giallo. Ho chiamato peduzzi nuovamente chiedendo quanti anni di garanzia ha la rubinetteria e non sono stati in grado di rispondermi. Ho sostituito il miscelatore pagando un'altra uscita dell'idraulico e il miscelatore bongio è stato buttato senza avere nessuna assistenza. Le rubinetterie vendute nei grandi magazzini hanno sempre garanzia di almeno 5 anni, perchè questo da bongio non avviene?
I purchased four Bongio mixers at peduzzi, one of which immediately had problems. dripped continuously, I replaced the cartridge and it was useless. The plumber has tried several times to adjust the fixing ring nut and in the meantime the sink has turned yellow. I called peduzzi again asking how many years of warranty the faucets have and they have not been able to answer me. I replaced the mixer by paying another outlet of the plumber and the bongio mixer was thrown away without any assistance. The taps sold in department stores always have a guarantee of at least 5 years, because this does not happen from bongio?

Ad oggi sene sono rovinati due, nello stesso punto e nello stesso modo, ovvero si stacca la cromatura vicino agli aeratori. Chiamato l'assistenza, mi sono sentita dire che è colpa del prodotto troppo acido che ho utilizzato per la pulizia settimanale, e che la garanzia pertanto non c'è. Bisognerebbe utilizzare un sapone neutro, che sicuramente non toglie le macchine di calcare. Sconsiglio vivamente questo marchio, di scarsa qualità e con una assistenza nulla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che dal momento che ho acquistato la rubinetteria per altro a costi elevati ho sempre avuto problemi. Numerosi idraulici non hanno risolto i problemi. Cambiate cartucce ma i problemi persistono. Adesso ho un problema con il miscelatore della doccia. Sono costretto a cambiarlo tutto poiché i pezzi di ricambio nn son trovano.... nn comprerò più Bongio.....
I state that since I bought the taps for other things at high costs I have always had problems. Numerous plumbers have not solved the problems. Change cartridges but problems persist. Now I have a problem with the shower mixer. I am forced to change everything because the spare parts are not found .... I will not buy more Bongio .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la curiosità di leggere le recensioni dopo la risposta dell' assistenza (pessima) contattata tramite il rivenditore, e ho letto che molti hanno avuto la mia stessa esperienza e sono state date le stesse risposte.. pessima qualità, dopo pochi mesi di utilizzo ( installati in 4 bagni di un ufficio, ) si sono rotti gli ugelli dei rubinetti staccati, rotte le pilette staccate e rubinetti tutti macchiati.. in breve hanno risposto che la colpa è nostra e del cattivo utilizzo.
I had the curiosity to read the reviews after the response of the (very bad) assistance contacted through the retailer, and I have read that many have had the same experience as me and have been given the same answers .. bad quality, after a few months of use (installed in 4 bathrooms in an office,) the nozzles of the detached taps broke, the detached drains broke and the taps were all stained .. in short they replied that the fault is ours and the bad use.

Ad oggi non si sono neppure degnati di rispondere, almeno per correttezza o per indirizzarmi al rivenditore di zona e poter risolvere il mio problema. Considerando il prezzo dei loro prodotti, hanno un servizio clienti veramente pessimo
I wrote three emails to the manufacturer about two mixers problems illustrating comprehensively and also attaching photos of the spare parts I would need. To date they have not even deigned to answer, at least for fairness or to direct me to the local dealer and be able to solve my problem. Considering the price of their products, they have really bad customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Bongio products for my kitchen and for my bathroom - the kitchen mixer has started going a green colour and the flanges on my taps were provided in the incorrect size.
It's been more than 4 months and despite numerous calls and emails to the local supplier in Cape Town, Bongio have not responded. They have indicated the kitchen mixer fault is due to an incorrect installation. And yet the finish is coming off in places that cannot be explained.
The flanges that they provided too small they have not replaced.
The Bongio product is bad quality and they have terrible customer service. Do not order from this manufacturer. Rather order a good quality local product in your own country.
