Na pytanie na którą palety będą gotowe na drugi dzień Pan odpowiada 09 rano, podjeżdżam o 09 nie gotowe proszę przyjść o 14 i to nie pierwszy raz gdzie czekam na jedną czy dwie palety tyle czasu. Żenująca firma jakby to ode mnie zależało nigdy do tej firmy już bym nie przyjechał. Worst company to load goods. It's never ready. To the question on which pallets will be ready the next day the Lord answers 09 am, I arrive at 09 not ready, please come at 14 and this is not the first time where I have been waiting for one or two pallets this time. Embarrassing company as if it depended on me I would never come to this company again.

Ho acquistato un rubinetto da 250 euro, bello veramente, purtroppo era mancante di un pezzo ho chiesto quindi che me lo sostituissero ed è andato tutto bene però a quel punto avrei avuto bisogno di informazioni sul montaggio in quanto questo secondo rubinetto perdeva copiosamente...Non mi è mai stata data alcuna info o risposta alle mie domande. Il rivenditore non sapeva rispondermi neanche lui sul motivo che poteva essere alla base della perdita. Ho chiesto quidi di poter fare un tentativo cambiando la cartuccia anche questa devo dire mi è stata spedita celermente ma senza ancora fare uscire un loro tecnico come da me e rivenditore richiesto, cosi ho dovuto di nuovo arrangiarmi con un generico idraulico. Ancora il rubinetto perdeva. A questo punto il rivenditore chiede un nuovo rubinetto. Nel frattempo mio marito capisce quale è il problema è lo risolve. Peccato che a quel punto il rivenditore mi fa presente che ormai dobbiamo fare il reso essendo arrivato il nuovo rubinetto. Accetto anche se mi sembra assurdo. Apro il nuovo prodotto e scopro che è difettato in più punti acciaio macchiato e sbavature evidentissimo nelle congiunture: uno schifo. Ormai me lo tengo ma è davvero una cosa indegna per una ditta seria. Dimenticavo che ho più volte telefonato per chiedere il loro aiuto. I open the new product and discover that in many places stained steel and smudges are very evident in the junctions: a disgust. Now I keep it but it's really unworthy of a serious company. I forgot that I have repeatedly called to ask for their help.

A distanza di due anni l'acqua calda si è ridotta tanto da non far scattare la caldaia (ne esce un filo) probabilmente (ma non è certo) il motivo è la cartuccia, che ho cercato dappertutto senza successo. Tutti i negozi di idraulica che ho contattato mi hanno detto che non tenevano i ricambi di questa ditta proprio perchè i loro prodotti costano parecchio e le persone si lamentavano perchè difettosi. Ho deciso infine di cambiare il rubinetto anche se mi è costato parecchio I bought a kitchen faucet from this company through a retailer two years ago.
