m	martino thedog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, premetto che non scrivo mai recensioni, da che mi ricordi, solo in un’occasione dove mi ero trovato davvero tanto bene, oggi, purtroppo invece, mi trovo a scrivere perché penso di non essermi mai trovato così male, solitamente sorvolo ma il cattivo comportamento recidivo che hanno avuto mi ha davvero infastidito. Per farla breve, dopo aver prenotato una barca con largo anticipo (una settimana prima) e la mattina stessa, aver scritto un messaggio (dove mi è stato tutto confermato), al mio arrivo, vengo a scoprire che la barca non è disponibile in quanto si è guastata. E fin qui penserete, è stato un’imprevisto, una cosa improvvisa... e posso comprenderlo anche io... Ma no! La barca era fuori uso dal giorno prima, quindi, nonostante si sapesse non ci fosse l’imbarcazione disponibile, ci hanno comunque confermato la prenotazione la mattina stessa dicendoci di andare. Può essere stata una disorganizzazione interna, delle incomprensioni tra dipendenti, non lo so, sta di fatto che non abitando vicino mi sono svegliato la domenica mattina presto, convinto di andare in barca con amici, quando lavoro 6 giorni a settimana 10h e mi sveglio ogni giorno alle 5 per poi sentirmi dire in tutta serenità che l barca non è disponibile e non è colpa loro (cambiando varie volte versioni). Ah ps. Dopo aver fatto notare il nostro disappunto, dicendo che non ci si comporta così, la risposta è stata che “se ne sarebbero fregati delle nostre considerazioni in quanto tanto, hanno una buona reputazione”. Non ci si comporta così. Hello, I state that I never write reviews, as long as you remember me, only on one occasion where I had found myself very well, today, unfortunately, instead, I find myself writing because I think I have never found myself so bad, usually I fly over but the recidivist bad behavior they had really bothered me. In short, after booking a boat well in advance (a week before) and writing a message the same morning (where everything has been confirmed), upon my arrival, I come to discover that the boat is not available because it has failed. And so far you will think, it was an unexpected, a sudden thing ... and I can understand it too ... But no! The boat had been out of order the day before, so even though it was known that there was no boat available, they still confirmed the booking the same morning, telling us to go. It may have been an internal disorganization, misunderstandings between employees, I don't know, the fact is that not living nearby I woke up early on Sunday morning, convinced that I was going on a boat with friends, when I work 6 days a week 10h and wake up every day at 5 and then being told in all serenity that the boat is not available and it is not their fault (changing versions several times). Ah ps. After pointing out our disappointment, saying that we do not behave like this, the answer was that "they would not give a damn about our considerations as much, they have a good reputation". We don't behave like that.

Reservation am Vortag kein Problem, am Buchungstag super freundlich begrüßt und eingewiesen worden. Leichte Sprachprobleme aber das war kein Problem! Gerne wieder, hat wirklich Spaß gemacht! Can only really positive reports. Rented a boat for 4 hours this afternoon. Reservation the day before no problem, on the day of booking super friendly welcomed and instructed. Easy language problems but that was no problem! Gladly again, it was really fun!

La migliore opzione per passare una bella giornata in barcaiolo lago di Garda ❤️❤️❤️❤️ The boat they gave us (Ranieri) is beautiful ??? clean, new, fast, silent The service was perfect, they are super organized and kind, the price is honest indeed very cheap !!! The best option to spend a nice day on a boatman on Lake Garda ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We rented a boat for 3 hours (€150) that was enough time to visit Isola de Garda (great place to lay anchor and take a swim) and Castello di Sirmione. There was no hassle when retuning the boat and we got our deposit back without any problems. Very nice experience and the boat was good!

(we already drove a long way for this) After doing so the promised boat was yet again not available … luckily there was a shift in staff and we got helped by a very friendly employee who managed to give us the joker 470 as we had reserved. He made our day! Not only by being very helpful and friendly but by giving us what was promised. The boat itself and the ride were well worth the trouble but it could have been handled better by the previous employee.
