Absolutely terrible service, guy at the counter was extremely rude. Boats are in bad shape and overpriced for what is offered. If i can give you one advise it's to avoid this place at all cost!

Absolutely disappointed that this company had forgotten it's about costumer service. They're only interrested in your money and were totally disrespectful. The boss at the counter let us wait over 2 hours to give our money back. We're never going back here and suggest that others demand respect when they hand over hard earned money.

Absolutely disgusting service , lady at the counter very rude and arrogant, Yacht looked great but turned out to be very bad and shockingly Un-maintained, front top hatch window completely broken off and leaking, given gaffer tape to tape back down if opened.. leaked all night giving my brother a discomfiting sleep, cupboard doors broken . Again had to gaffer tape shut, Now for the biggest of all, 1st off the toilet kept back filing meaning waste from the toilet tank kept overflowing from the toilet all over the yacht floor, tried everything to stop it with no joy, spent all day pumping it clear and trying to contact the company for help but no answer until I spoke to a guy who stated he can't help as he was in Greece. Also the depth indicator on the instruments kept showing the lake only 10.5ft deep all over the Lake So that was clearly broken. When I told the arrogant women behind the desk she laughed and said yes I know it's broken, I couldn't believe she allowed the yacht out with that broken knowing I had my children on board. They are only interested in your money I can't advise enough to stay well clear of this company, they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. 1 star should be minus 100 stars . Terrible service, total rip-off with additional cost Boat excludes sunroof, insurance and gas. Gas is estimated afterwards at €2 per liter. Our gas meter indicated 12-15 liter used, but had to pay 25 liter ("the meter is not correct"). Staff at the counter totally rude and no service at all. I will never go there and recommend readers to so the same. 1 star rating is 1 star too much!

For anyone doubting the bad experiences anyone made at this terrible facility, just look at the responses the owner posts. He is rude in his online responses and the service in person is even worse. If you can find any other place to rent a boat, go there instead. I cannot fathom how anyone could give this poor excuse for a "business" a 5-star review. They are absolute amateurs at what they are doing and have never heard of good service.

Renter beware - Rip off! Everything went fine until we returned the boat. We used LESS than 1/8th tank of gas. When it was time to settle the bill, we were informed we owed an additional 65,00EUR in gas! When I asked how this is possible when we used only less than 1/8th of the tank, we were told, "we always charge by the quarter tank, no matter how much you use." He then informed us he would be charging us for 35 liters of gas because that is a quarter of a tank. He then asked that I pay cash for the fuel. When I asked to charge it to our VISA as we did the rental, he argued with me saying if he does, he will have to charge us an additional 22% in taxes! When I did the research on the boat, it turns out it only has a 100L tank, so he even overcharged us by another 10L! RIP OFF! Bottom line rent elsewhere if you can! If you cannot, then be sure to take a photo of the fuel tank when you bring it back and know that the tank is 100L. Mieter aufgepasst - Abzocke! Alles lief gut, bis wir das Boot zurückbrachten. Wir haben WENIGER als 1/8 Tank verwendet. Als es Zeit war, die Rechnung zu begleichen, wurden wir informiert, dass wir zusätzliche 65,00 EUR Benzin schuldeten! Als ich fragte, wie dies möglich ist, wenn wir nur weniger als 1/8 des Tanks verbrauchen, wurde uns gesagt: "Wir berechnen immer nach dem Vierteltank, egal wie viel Sie verbrauchen." Er teilte uns dann mit, dass er uns 35 Liter Benzin in Rechnung stellen würde, da dies ein Viertel eines Tanks ist. Dann bat er mich, den Treibstoff bar zu bezahlen. Als ich darum bat, es unserem Visum zu belasten, als wir die Miete machten, argumentierte er mit mir und sagte, wenn er dies tue, müsste er uns zusätzliche 22% Steuern berechnen! Als ich das Boot recherchierte, stellte sich heraus, dass es nur einen 100-Liter-Tank hat, also hat er uns sogar um weitere 10 Liter überladen! ABZOCKE! Unterm Strich woanders mieten, wenn du kannst! Wenn Sie dies nicht können, machen Sie unbedingt ein Foto des Kraftstofftanks, wenn Sie ihn zurückbringen, und stellen Sie fest, dass der Tank 100 l wiegt. Affittuario attenzione: fregare! Tutto è andato bene fino a quando non abbiamo restituito la barca. Abbiamo usato MENO di 1/8 di serbatoio di gas. Quando è arrivato il momento di saldare il conto, siamo stati informati che dovevamo pagare altri 65,00 EUR in gas! Quando ho chiesto come fosse possibile quando usavamo solo meno di 1/8 del serbatoio, ci veniva detto "cariciamo sempre dal serbatoio del quarto, non importa quanto tu usi". Poi ci informò che ci avrebbe fatto pagare 35 litri di gas perché si tratta di un quarto di serbatoio. Ha quindi chiesto di pagare in contanti per il carburante. Quando ho chiesto di addebitarlo sul nostro VISTO mentre facevamo il noleggio, ha discusso con me dicendo che se lo fa, dovrà farci pagare un ulteriore 22% di tasse! Quando ho fatto le ricerche sulla barca, ho scoperto che ha solo un serbatoio da 100 litri, quindi ci ha persino sovraccaricato di altri 10 litri! STRAPPARE! In conclusione, se possibile! Se non ci riesci, assicurati di scattare una foto del serbatoio del carburante quando lo riporti e sai che il serbatoio è da 100 litri.

The boat experience was fine. However, to rent the boat you need to leave a €1500 deposit and when we came back the owner wasn't there with the card reader and had to wait an hour for his return, claimed he was in traffic but there was none. Moreover, when he came back he verbally abused us for being upset for having to wait and he claimed didn't care about his business or what customers thought "faccio la collezione degli commenti negativi". Would not recommend this establishment even if other boat rentals are full for the day, it would be worth the wait rather then having to deal with this psychopath. Response to the comment: I was never informed that the owner was going to leave before getting on the boat. When i made it back to shore the secretary told us that owner would be back in 10-15 minutes after calling him, this continues calling occurred another 3 times and was never informed about his whereabouts being stuck in traffic as we could see on the road that there was none. Furthermore, if you read on the contract it states that the deposit should be immediately returned which it wasn't, causing our concern for possible theft/fraud. To anyone reading: GO TO ANOTHER BOAT RENTAL PLACE! The owner would even call a customer a psychopath and doesn't MAN UP to his mistakes.

Do NOT rent a board at this firm!!! They let us pay an €90,00 for a half empty fueltank. And the Boss was very rude when we made a rremark Futhermore the board was in a lousy state. Be ware for these crooks!
