Due ristoranti-pizzeria-bar a pochi metri. Ben servito. Ad un'ottantina di metri la stazione dei battelli. Finalmente un prezzo "finito", senza extra aggiuntivi tipo: spese pulizia, lenzuola, aria condizionata, parcheggio...
 Large ground floor apartment with small private exclusive garden with gazebo and sun lounger. The beach at about thirty meters is very long. Two restaurants-pizzeria-bars a few meters away. Well served. At about eighty meters the boat station. Finally a "finished" price, without additional extras like: cleaning costs, sheets, air conditioning, parking ...
