Una mattina su appuntamento porto il mio veicolo con appena 5 mesi di vita per un controllo al climatizzatore, dato che ho acquistato una renault e loro sono un officina autorizzata, mi viene restituito a fine mattinata senza aver risolto il problema, ma in compenso con portiera, parafango, calotta segnati, e come se non bastasse la cosa che mi ha fatto arrabbiare è che ho dovuto anche discutere per far si che si assumessero le loro colpe. Questa volta sono passato di persona, senza l'auto, per chiedere informazioni su cosa fare riguardo ad un piccolo problema non urgente, e (oltre a non sentirmi dire nemmeno buongiorno!) non mi hanno lasciato neanche accennare a quanto volevo chiedere: le uniche parole che mi sono sentito dire sono state "Ha un appuntamento?" "Fino a settembre non c'e` posto. Vuole fissare un appuntamento?" Avessi voluto acquistare un additivo, chiedere un consiglio (come effettivamente avrei voluto), o, che so, dirgli che gli stava per crollare il tetto dell'officina, non avrei avuto modo. Non me lo hanno lasciato dire. Un simile modo di trattare le persone che si avvicinano all'officina non e` accettabile.
