All'ordine mi hanno considerato per il finanziamento solo una parte, quindi il resto ho dovuto pagarlo con bancomat. Al ritiro non funzionava la fatturazione e una parte della merce (5 caloriferi) non è stata messa nel bancale, per averla sono dovuto tornare. Per le mattonelle non c'era una confezione intatta su 17 acquistate e di queste ben 12 scatole non esistevano per niente essendo distrutte dall'acqua ho dovuto per necessità prenderle così senza confezione. Un vero scandalo! Persone educate ma spesso incaoaci di risolvere i problemi organizzazione e servizio pessimo. Telefonicamente praticamente impossibile parlare con un operatore a causa dell'eccessiva presenza di filtri selettivi. Sinceramente non penso do poterlo consigliare a nessuno. From order to delivery, one error after another. When I placed my order, they considered me only part of the financing, so I had to pay the rest with an ATM. Upon collection, the invoicing did not work and part of the goods (5 heaters) were not placed on the pallet, I had to return for it. For the tiles there was not an intact package out of 17 purchased and of these 12 boxes did not exist at all, as they were destroyed by water, I had to take them without packaging. A real scandal! Polite people but often unable to solve problems organization and bad service. Over the phone, it is practically impossible to speak to an operator due to the excessive presence of selective filters. I honestly don't think I can recommend it to anyone.

Non c'era nessuno, ed erano solo le 9 di mattino. Certe persone non si rendono conto che hanno un lavoro perché le persone acquistano merce, e la ritirano dove questa si rende disponibile, e che se nessuno comprasse, queste stesse persone quel lavoro non lo avrebbero. Sembra semplice ma non lo è per tutti The saleswoman checking the order was polite and precise, not so much the guy in the warehouse, very brusque and rude. There was no one, and it was only 9 in the morning. Some people don't realize that they have a job because people buy goods, and they pick them up where they become available, and that if no one buys, these same people wouldn't have that job. It sounds simple but it isn't for everyone
