★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa palestra a Terme Vigliatore è ben fornita di tutti gli attrezzi, per di più il personale è preparato e anche molto alla mano. È possibile fare sia fitness/cardio, sia body building. Ci sono anche dei corsi, ma non ne ho mai usufruito.

This gym at Terme Vigliatore is well equipped with all the tools, moreover the staff is prepared and also very approachable. You can do both fitness / cardio and body building. There are also courses, but I've never used them.
Very recommended!
