Unimar se la conosci la eviti !!! Mi hanno venduto una Panda Lounge usata con pochi chilometri, e ci stiamo trovando bene, siamo soddisfatti dell' auto che ci hanno proposto. Adesso metteremo alla prova i servizi accessori acquistati con l' auto nel corso dei prossimi mesi ... vediamo se ci scappa la quarta stella ? l'outlook è positivo Aggiornamento del 2019 ... hanno chiuso in c.so Perrone, fulmine a ciel sereno, non una buona notizia, ma il gruppo ha comunque elargito i servizi promessi, quindi il gruppo Progetto Auto non ha lasciato a terra il cliente I start by putting 3 stars, because the experience was positive, but with some small flaws in the service, some of which have already been resolved with courtesy. Ebbene... oggi 17 settembre la macchina non mi è ancora stata consegnata per un problema indefinito (legato all'immatricolazione) che non si sforzano di risolvere. Il venditore non mi da risposte, il responsabile del concessionario si nega e quando riesco a parlargli fa anche il sostenuto.. come fossi in torto io!! Ho presentato esposto alle autorita'... nella speranza che loro possano aiutarmi. Speriamo di uscirne... state lontani dalla UNIMAR per carità... PESSIMI sotto tutti i fronti!!! Ma.. incompetenti, venditore superficiale e non corretto ne nella descrizione dell'auto ne nella presentazione della finanziaria. L'officina mi fa paura..mi hanno consegnato l'auto nuova con pneumatici sgonfi e poi di nuovo al controllo di nuovo fatto nulla.auto da configurare..e aspettiamo aspettiamo.. c'è sempre da aspettare che arrivi tutto. Sorry to say ... as I bought a new car and I love it too. But .. incompetent, superficial and incorrect seller neither in the description of the car nor in the presentation of the financial.
