Oltre a chiedere € 21,00 di trasporto su 680,00 d'acquisto, alla consegna si presenta un solo operatore e privo almeno di un carrello, per trasportare una parete doccia del peso di almeno 40 kg. Fortunatamente, avendo io un carrello, gli do una mano per circa 150 metri dal portone, e nonostante l'aiuto dato, evita di aiutarmi a sua volta fino al primo piano. Faccio presente l'accaduto in negozio, e non solo non chiedono scusa, ma ancora si giustificano dicendo che sul preventivo è tutto scritto..in più, da parte di chi mi ha venduto il materiale, vengo rimbalzato al "suo responsabile" come se il suo operato non sia privo di responsabilità. Assolutamente privi di cura verso il cliente nonchè delle comuni attenzioni che il buon senso vorrebbe. Alla fine ho pagato per un servizio incompleto, ma questo a quanto pare..non è importante, con il risultato di farmi imbestialire al telefono, spero non ci siano problemi, quando il tutto verrà montato in opera, perché a quel punto non sò cosa potrebbe succeddere. Incompetenti! Bad experience.
