Di solito, pero', non ci si rimette, nonostante il mercato e lo stock non siano certo quelli degli anni ruggenti: andate dagli altri concessionari e ve ne convincerete anche voi! F	Francesco Francesco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato qui per sostituire gli pneumatici dell'auto, in quanto uno era danneggiato e non potevo circolare. Nonostante l'appuntamento preso alcuni giorni prima, al telefono per la conferma mi dicevano che non c'era posto. Dopo attesa di oltre mezz'ora mi hanno richiesto quali sostituire (se anteriori o posteriori), peccato me l'avessero chiesto all'accettazione. Pagato 25€ per la manodopera ma l'auto tira a destra. Sono stato il giorno seguente da una carrozzeria di mia fiducia che ha verificato che il problema era dovuto all'errata equilibratura. Spesi altri 30€ e difetto sparito. Sconsiglio vivamente questa officina. Ero già stato qui alcuni anni fa e ricordo di aver avuto ugualmente problemi, peccato che abbia scelto nuovamente loro come officina di montaggio per gli pneumatici acquistati online. Un errore che sicuramente non ripeterò. Aggiornamento a seguito della risposta del venditore: Sottolineo che il problema si è risolto rifacendo l'equilibratura degli pneumatici presso un altro gommista che mi ha confermato che tale operazione non era stata eseguita correttamente. Inoltre quando l'officina ha ricevuto gli pneumatici non mi ha avvertito come da accordi ma ho dovuto chiamare io direttamente, nessuno mi avrebbe chiamato. I was here to replace the tires on the car, as one was damaged and I couldn't drive. Despite the appointment made a few days earlier, on the phone for confirmation they told me that there was no room. After waiting for over half an hour, they asked me which ones to replace (if earlier or later), too bad they asked me at acceptance. Paid € 25 for labor but the car pulls to the right. The following day I went to a trusted body shop who verified that the problem was due to incorrect balancing. I spent another 30 € and the defect disappeared. I strongly advise against this workshop. I had already been here a few years ago and I remember having still had problems, too bad I chose them again as an assembly shop for tires purchased online. A mistake that I will certainly not repeat. Update following the seller's response: I emphasize that the problem was solved by having the tires balanced again at another tire dealer who confirmed that this operation had not been carried out correctly. Furthermore, when the workshop received the tires, they did not notify me as agreed but I had to call me directly, no one would have called me.
