★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urlaub Oktober 2019: Über Interhome, Wohnung G11: kurzer check in (schlüsselübergabe und kassieren der Gebühren). Schnelle Antwort auf Fragen per SMS bzw. Durch die Agentur per Mail. Kalt da Schattenlage. Uns wurden Decken und heizlüfter angeboten, da hatten wir aber schon welche gekauft da es Nachts sehr kalt war (10Grad Außentemperatur), dafür trotzdem reichlich Mücken. Hellhörig: trotz geringer Auslastung hört man den einen Nachbarn schnarchen und die morgentoilette erledigen und jeden der draußen vorbei geht. Staubig unter den Betten und Matratzen. Nichts für Allergiker. Schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche. Waschraum und Fitnessraum zweckmäßig. Die hauseigenen Geräte haben Schukostecker, die Steckdosen sind dafür italienisch, d.h. bei einem Adapter häufiger umstecken. Lage und Umgebung sind top, die anderen Bewohner waren freundlich.
Vacation October 2019: Via Interhome, Apartment G11: short check in (handing over the keys and collecting the fees). Quick answers to questions by SMS or by the agency by email. Cold there in the shade. We were offered blankets and a heater, but we had already bought some because it was very cold at night (10 degrees outside temperature), but there were still plenty of mosquitos. Noisy: despite low occupancy, you can hear one neighbor snoring and doing the morning toilet and everyone who walks by outside. Dusty under the beds and mattresses. Nothing for allergy sufferers. Black mold in the shower. Washroom and fitness room functional. The in-house devices have Schuko plugs, the sockets are Italian, i.e. Replace more frequently with an adapter. The location and surroundings are great, the other residents were friendly.

But some of the apartments here are not the best that we have lived in and the check in was awfull.
If you should stay here, the talk with some of the private owners. They say that you can find them on Google.
