★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto fantastico immerso nel Chianti. Piccolo borgo con vari edici ed un fiabesco castello realizzato da Coppedè. La famiglia Lupinari è accogliente e sapiente della dote ricevuta dalla natura. Vini biodinamici e cibo eccellente presso il riatorante. Per il pernotto che dire, natura, Toscana, piscina e vista mozzafiato.
 Fantastic place immersed in Chianti. Small village with various buildings and a fairy castle built by Coppedè. The Lupinari family is welcoming and knowledgeable of the gift received from nature. Biodynamic wines and excellent food at the Riatorante. For the overnight stay, what about nature, Tuscany, swimming pool and breathtaking view.

Experience to be redone. Complete relaxation. Friendly and efficient staff. Fantastic landscape. The estate also has a swimming pool and a pond. Big rooms. Excellent breakfast

Poor welcome, poor services, cold room and shower, insufficient dinner. The location deserves more careful management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Lupinare many years ago, several times and with a lot of family and friends. Therefore we decided to return with our children now that they have grown up. We booked the same apartment "Limonaia". Unfortunately despite the great peaceful location and the beauty of the estate, insufficient maintenance and care has been given to the complex in the past years. Kitchen set up is mediocre, worn pans, heavily used cutting board, no water cooker even, no Nespresso machine. The dishwasher had no salt, hence I put salt ....Also there was sewage water flowing over out terrace the first evening, the downstairs bathroom smelled terribly throughout our 7 night stay ( despite all the remedial measures undertaken by the owners including offering us a hotel room for a night) . The dinner on our last evening was very good. We received a bottle of wine for all the hassle. All in all, the owners were responsive but we were disappointed that they did not properly prepare / check the apartment before we arrived and that they did not keep up the place. We saw a lot of wear and tear in the complex... (wood wurms in the apartment..., pool starting to break at the edges) All in all, you will have a nice stay if you are not too picky and bring some of your own kitchen utensils....
