★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved our dinner here. Great service provided by a team who has a passion for fine food paired with excellent local wine. Not every dish was perfect, but it is exciting that the chef is pushing to exceed standard expectations and experiment with the best local provisions. We had so much fun trying everything on the tasting menu with paired wines. Truly a fun and memorable evening!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The highest quality ingredients, respect for local tradition, excellent selection of wines, professional and courteous staff. I recommend caper ice cream for dessert, and linguine with redfish, raisins, pine nuts and saffron. A special shout out to Mrs. Melania, the boulangerie chef, who makes wonderful bread. Many of the dishes are gluten-free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the 6 course menu and quality of the food was great for the most part. The paired wine was excellent.
However the service should have been better. We had some lipstick leftovers on a wine glass and this was explained by the waiter as just being something from the dishwasher - not to worry about. A replacement glas was not offered. Also the timing between food and wine was not aligned such that we often received a new glass of wine or course while our previous glasses were not empty yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally a good restaurant with nice presentation. Most of the tastes are very good, big portion compare to other michelin restaurant. Unfortunately the most expensive dish we ordered was too salty. The "lampuga" on the picture was so salty that both me and my husband could not eat it. Normally we like salty food but this one defintely went wrong. We complained to the waiter, hope he deliverd the information to the Chef. We love food from Palermo and wish Gagini a great future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main highlight of our dinner was veal tongue appetizer. It was delicious dish with great, delicate texture. Tuna appetizer was tasty as well. The main course, black pork, was a bit uneven. Veggie/carrots side was great. The pork itself was in parts overly chewy.

From the beginning until the end an absolutely amazing experience.
Service was excellent, wine recommendations were on point, food was perfect from the anis flavored bread until the lemon stripes on top of the catch of the day fish. Very much detailed and well thought-out concept.
