Ragù di pesce was tasteless and had salmon instead of fresh fish from Sicily
The other dish with fish had great fresh fish but the pesto that came with it was bad
They took the ragù di pesce of the bill but it was apparent that they were quite unhappy with us.
To summarize: an average disappointing restaurant like many others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I genuinely don’t understand how this place received high ratings. I normally don’t go out of my way to review restaurants but this is a PSA. Don’t go here!
First of all the vibe and decor are strange and awkward. The server recommended us the fish ball starter and the two seafood pastas as main dishes. Both tasted like a can of tuna was involved in the making of the dish. The sauce on the rice ball had no flavor. The pasta was from a box, you’d think in Italy it would be hand made. The two stars are for the wine and water, which we enjoyed. The home made bread was a flop as well. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely a hidden gem, all visitors to Palermo need to eat here! The food is incredible and our server Giacomo, who owns and runs the restaurant with his two brothers, was so kind and attentive. At a very affordable price, you can enjoy some good wine, three delicious courses of food and even crack some jokes with your server if you are lucky. Do not be fooled if it is empty, we were the only three people in the restaurant all night and still had an amazing time. Order the lasagne (a modo nostro), you will never look at another in the same way again...

Gnocchi and fish were delicious, as well as their homemade bread. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful food, wines and service and all for a reasonable price. Lovely owner and kind staff. The restaurant has beautiful photographs and is a calm oasis in a busy area. We felt transported and will not forget some of those dishes! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! The restaurant has a very chill and friendly atmosphere. It’s run by three brothers with a strong passion for food and a love to invite their “new friends” (as they say) to enjoy their food. I had the Polpesto as a starter, pasta for first course, prawns for a second course, and the Cassatta Destruttursta for desert. Everything was so beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. The staff was probably the cherry on the top. Super friendly, welcoming and really wanted to make sure we enjoyed their food and were having a great experience. Would definitely recommend!!
