★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ciao ragazzi, voglio raccontarvi la mia breve esperienza in questo negozio, nel caso qualcuno volesse visitarlo.
giorno 4/09/17
per quanto mi sarebbe piaciuto vedere il negozio, ho trovato molto difficoltoso trovarlo. dopo essere arrivato nel luogo indicatomi da google maps, ho riconosciuto subito il posto dalle foto. ma non essendoci "negozi" o "vetrine" a prima vista ho faticato a capire che dovessi entrare nel portone ritrovandomi dentro a un palazzo abitato.
disorientato, chiesi alla custode che mi indicò dove dovessi andare. mi disse in fondo a sinistra dove c'è una porta marrone indicandomi anche con il dito.
seguendo le indicazioni trovai la porta, dove suonani svariate volte dopo averla trovata chiusa, nonostante fossi li durante un orario di apertura (17.40), ovvero 20 min. prima della chiusura (così scritto su internet)
pensando che fosse la porta sbagliata, andai a suonare timidamente alle altre svariate porte che mi diedero risposta negativa.
girai tutta la base del palazzo cercando cartelli o almeno delle indicazioni per 10 min. ma niente. frustrato, me ne andai molto maliconico a casa.
abitando fuori milano mi è dispiaciuto molto arrivare li, dopo 1 ora e mezza di viggio e non trovare niente. do una stella per la grandissima gentilezza e disponibilità della custode nonostante fosse al telefono. vi consiglio di andarci con una persona che già conosce il posto o non andateci proprio.
finisco il discorso chiedendo scusa per eventuali errori grammaticali e per il voto basso, ma ho valutato in base a ciò che ho visto.
 hi guys, i want to tell you about my short experience in this shop, in case anyone wants to visit it.
day 4/09/17
as much as I would have liked to see the shop, I found it very difficult to find. after arriving at the place indicated by google maps, I immediately recognized the place from the photos. but as there are no "shops" or "shop windows" at first sight, I struggled to understand that I had to enter the door and find myself inside an inhabited building.
disoriented, I asked the caretaker who showed me where I should go. he said to me at the bottom left where there is a brown door, also pointing at me with his finger.
following the directions I found the door, where you ring several times after finding it closed, even though I was there during an opening time (5.40 pm), that is 20 min. before closing (so written on the internet)
thinking it was the wrong door, I timidly went to ring the other several doors which gave me a negative answer.
I walked around the base of the building looking for signs or at least directions for 10 min. but nothing. frustrated, I went home very sadly.
living outside milan I was very sorry to arrive there, after 1 hour and a half of viggio and not find anything. I give a star for the great kindness and helpfulness of the caretaker despite being on the phone. I advise you to go there with a person who already knows the place or just don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La location del negozio non è delle migliori, temevo di aver sbagliato posto prima di accorgermi che bisognava entrare nel portone di un palazzo. Il sito web, ahimè, non è molto aggiornato. Devo dire che il negozio è ben fornito in quanto a oggetti di collezionismo (carte di pokémon e yu-gi-oh), ci sono cose che non ho visto altrove a Milano, ma purtroppo era tutto disposto in maniera caotica e disordinata. Non mi sento di dare due stelle però perché, come ho già scritto, il negozio è ben fornito ed è forse l'unico del suo genere in centro a Milano. Può e deve migliorare!
The location of the shop is not the best, I was afraid I had the wrong place before I realized that it was necessary to enter the door of a building. The website, alas, is not very up to date. I must say that the shop is well-stocked in terms of collectibles (pokémon cards and yu-gi-oh), there are things I have not seen elsewhere in Milan, but unfortunately it was all arranged in a chaotic and messy way. I don't feel like giving two stars, however, because, as I have already written, the shop is well-stocked and is perhaps the only one of its kind in the center of Milan. It can and must improve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il paradiso del collezionista. Per chi cerca sia monete che francobolli ma non solo. Hanno tutto e solo una volta è successo che mancasse un prodotto. Prezzi ottimi almeno per quanto riguarda gli articoli di numismatica. Personale gentile e preciso. Ubicazione un po' nascosta (al secondo piano di un vecchio palazzo, l'ingresso è nel cortile interno. Cmq c'è la portinaia) e difficile da individuare per chi ci viene per la prima volta. Fermate metrò e mezzi pubblici nell'arco di cinque minuti a piedi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prezzi ottimi.. ma quando mi e' arrivata oggi la scatola vuota senza la moneta d'oro di Borromini 2017 pagata 410 euro non potete capire dove mi e' arrivato il sangue! contattato il proprietario e niente da fare ... lui non vuole rimetterci i soldi in quanto sicuro che ci fosse.. ma in questi casi a prendersela nel di dietro comunque e' il cliente. chiuso definitivamente con questo rivenditore. sconsigliato!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La semplicità del locale, se vogliamo anche un pò disordinato e caotico, é in contrasto con la pomposità di molti negozi della zona. Questo è, secondo me, molto accomodante nei confronti del cliente che, invece che essere impressionato ed in soggezione, si può concentrare sulle monete. Poco fumo, tutto arrosto, insomma. Sono stato servito da un ragazzo e da suo padre, che assumo sia il proprietario del negozio. Molta professionalità, disponibilità e, cosa più importante, passione. Nel negozio ci sono quintali di monete per tutti i gusti, da pezzi di grande valore e rarità a monete più modeste ma per me non meno interessanti. Consigliatissimo. D'ora in poi tappa fissa.

I was served by a boy and his father, who I assume is the shop owner. A lot of professionalism, availability and, most importantly, passion. In the shop there are tons of coins for all tastes, from pieces of great value and rarity to more modest coins but for me no less interesting. Highly recommended. From now on, a fixed stop.

Ordine arrivato con imballaggio ottimo, e nonostante si trattava di un numero elevato di monete, era tutto preciso e perfetto. Unica nota negativa, se così si può definire, il tempo di consegna abbastanza lungo (più di una settimana lavorativa)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza nell'acquisto di materiale numismatico in questa azienda tramite il sito è da una stella. Ho ordinato un album, dei fogli porta monete ed una moneta da 5 euro; sul sito c'è scritto che l'ordine arriva in circa 7-10 giorni lavorativi, bene dopo aver pagato 9 euro in più per la spedizione mi è arrivato ben 20 giorni dopo l'ordine circa; dopo essermi informato per il ritardo (dicendo che l'album aveva un ritardo dalla casa madre in Germania, benché fosse disponibile da subito sul sito), l'ordine mi è stato spedito, ma all'indirizzo sbagliato, quindi ho dovuto fare altre diverse chiamate (sia al corriere che all'azienda frontini) per farmelo mandare al posto giusto.
Dopo qualche giorno di ritardo e all'indirizzo giusto ecco arrivare il pacco!!! Apro, e... voilà, rovinate le cuciture dell'album (in foto)...ho ricontattato per l'ennesima volta, e dopo qualche chiamata e mail chiedendo la sostituzione dell'album anche di un colore differente da quello acquistato, alla fine l'hanno tirata lunga per cercare in tutti i modi di non sostituirmelo.
PS. Personale sempre gentile quando chiamavo, ma evidentemente solo per farsi gli affari proprio e basta
My experience in purchasing numismatic material at this company via the site is one star. I ordered an album, some change sheets and a 5 euro coin; on the site it says that the order arrives in about 7-10 working days, well after paying 9 euros more for shipping it arrived 20 days after the order; after inquiring about the delay (saying that the album had a delay from the parent company in Germany, although it was immediately available on the site), the order was sent to me, but at the wrong address, so I had to make other different call (both the courier and the frontini company) to have it sent to the right place.
After a few days of delay and at the right address, the package arrives !!! I open, and ... voilà, ruined the seams of the album (in the photo) ... I contacted for the umpteenth time, and after a few calls and emails asking for the replacement of the album even in a different color from the one purchased, in the end they took a long time to try in every way not to replace him.
PS. Staff always polite when I called, but obviously just to go about their business and that's it
