Mentre per gli orologi la risposta, l'ho molto apprezzata in quanto non avendo chissà che tipo di valore, mi è stato detto di tenerli come ricordo, motivo per cui mi ha fatto ritornare consegnando dell'oro che anch'esso valutano. La bilancia viene mostrata davanti il cliente, con un attenzione ad ogni singolo prodotto, anche qui il personale ha dimostrato lungimiranza nel dirmi che un anello in ricordo del mio papà era molto leggero per cui non ne valeva la pena cederlo. Grazie mille di tutto.
Very qualified and professional staff. I had a collection of coins and watches evaluated. Excellent coin rating. While for the watches the answer, I greatly appreciated it as not having who knows what kind of value, I was told to keep them as a souvenir, which is why he made me return by delivering some gold that they also evaluate. The scale is shown in front of the customer, with attention to every single product, even here the staff showed foresight in telling me that a ring in memory of my father was very light so it was not worth selling. Ho contattato il proprietario tramite numero whatsapp ed è tornato indietro ad aprire il negozio appositamente per me e mi ha consegnato l'orologio con una scatola della stessa marca che ha reperito appositamente. Veramente un servizio impeccabile.
Professionalism, availability, quality and courtesy. I went to Milan specifically to get a watch but I didn't realize that the shop was closed on Saturday afternoon. I contacted the owner via whatsapp number and he went back to open the shop especially for me and gave me the watch with a box of the same brand that he found specifically. Truly an impeccable service.
