Ignoring and incompetence. The auction kept the paid lots for 350 euros. I do not recommend anyone to buy here, if unforeseen problems arise, they will only be yours, you will not have to wait for adequate help from the auction. I bought two lots on this auction. After payment, they were sent to me through DHL Express, which for a number of reasons is unacceptable for me. As soon as they arrived, I immediately wrote to the auction house and asked to return the package to send in another way. They tried to comply with my request, but then the fun began. The package returned to Italy, but the auction house did not take it, as they had to pay tax (?) On the return of the package. I was not notified about this (I would have paid it) and again sent the parcel to me by the same delivery service and stopped responding to my messages. As a result, after 2 months the parcel returned to Italy, since I could not pick it up. She lay at customs for several weeks after which she was taken to the auction house. All this time, I wrote dozens of letters asking them to comment on the situation, find at least some solution to it, find out why the auction house refused to fulfill my request and decided to act in an absolutely unacceptable way for me. All letters were ignored. When the parcel returned to the sender, I was told that they incurred costs of 250 euros in connection with the return and I have to cover them in order to receive my lots. To my question where is such a tax on the return of the parcel, they wrote to me that it is "deposit of all these months and the shipping costs, between return and return" All of this could have been avoided if the auction house had responded properly and notified me in time of the problem. But this was not done and all the responsibility was thrown onto me. It should be added that they answered me sparingly, after three or four of my letters asking to clarify the situation. But I was ready for anything to get my coins. I agreed to pay for the "expenses", ask them to send me bank details but they dont send them. It looks like the auction house decided to ignore me completely and keep my coins. I'm absolutell I am absolutely overwhelmed by this situation, the worst experience of buying coins online ever. As a result, having paid 350 euro for the coins at 05.07, almost four months till now. I lost time, nerves and faith in the adequacy of this organization. I have been buying coins at various auctions for about 10 years and this is the first time I meet such an attitude and ignorance of the client.
