Anni fa ho consegnato nelle mani di una incompetente direttrice del negozio (ormai fallito!), facendo affidamento su un pluriennale rapporto di fiducia, un bracciale ed un anello entrambi in oro e diamanti ( collezioni Brasilia e Rialto) per una semplice riparazione....da anni, nonostante le ripetute richieste di rientrarne in possesso sono entrambi “curiosamente” non rintracciabili...
BAD AFTER SALES service !!!! Years ago I handed over a bracelet and a ring both in gold and diamonds (Brasilia and Rialto collections) to an incompetent shop manager (now bankrupt!), Relying on a multi-year relationship of trust ... . for years, despite repeated requests to repossess them, they are both "curiously" untraceable ...
