Mi hanno chiesto 10 euro per la sostituzione di un perno del bracciale che a loro sarà costato a dir tanto 20 centesimi.
Se mi avessero chiesto 5 euro io non avrei avuto nulla da dire e loro ci avrebbero straguadagnato comunque. Invece la loro disonestà gli ha fatto perdere un cliente e guadagnare solo cattiva pubblicità tra amici, parenti e soprattutto forum di orologeria.
In a word: dishonest.
They asked me for 10 euros for the replacement of a pin of the bracelet that will have cost them 20 cents to say the least.
If they had asked me for 5 euros I would have had nothing to say and they would have gotten us anyway. Instead their dishonesty caused them to lose a customer and earn only bad publicity among friends, relatives and especially watchmaking forums.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo un'esperienza poco positiva. Ho portato a riparare un cronografo che mi era caduto. Ho pagato 80 euro per la riparazione: secondo loro era tutto ok. Ma, appena portato a casa l'orologio, mi accorgo che si ferma ogni poche ore. Lo riporto, e mi dicono che è necessaria una revisione completa da 160 euro. Francamente lo sconsiglio.
