Dopo aver ricevuto la moneta e constatato i graffi, ho chiesto il reso con rimborso o il cambio con una moneta di pari valore e spese di spedizione a mio carico, forte dello scontrino fiscale. Non c'è stato verso, mai più! Bad. A little over a year and a half ago I bought a coin that was artfully photographed so as not to show the cleaning scratches. After receiving the coin and noting the scratches, I asked for a refund with a refund or an exchange with a coin of the same value and shipping costs at my expense, thanks to the receipt. M	Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto scortese, sono stato ieri mattina, ho chiesto alla signora al bancone se fosse possibile avere valutazione per una ventina di monete risalenti anche al regno d'Italia ed in ottime condizioni. Ha preso le monete e dopo 10 secondi me le ha riposte sul banco dicendomi con arroganza che non valevano niente. Sorpreso sia dall'affermazione che dal comportamento le ho chiesto una spiegazione e mi ha risposto così : "non sono da collezione e non sono del regno". Detto questo non scrivo mai recensioni ma in questo caso mi sono sentito veramente a disagio e preso in giro dalla negoziante. Personale scontroso e frettoloso con una valutazione seppur giusta molto frettolosa, ho dovuto richiedere io il documento di compravendita, perché inizialmente la commessa mi ha sbattuto le banconote corrispondenti sul bancone e basta, e alla richiesta di un documento ha sbuffato, il titolare in canottiera fumava, ovviamente senza mascherina, nell ufficio mentre il collega con i piedi sul bancone del retrobottega sporco continuava con il suo lavoro.
