★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi piaceva un orolgio ( Rado) che avevo visto in rete, ma poichè non sempre ho avuto esperienze positive negli acquisti a distanza, ho preferito rivolgermi ad un negozio reale. Ho fatto una ricerca on line ed ho mandato una mail alla gioielleria Recalcati, in meno di un ora mi ha risposto dandomi tutte le info richieste; poi successivamente ci siamo sentiti telefonicamente.
A fine settimana decido di recarmi in viale Papa Giovanni a Bergamo per vedere dal vivo e provare quel'orologio e con soddisfazione ho incontrato degli esperti del settore che hanno saputo ben consigliarmi con calma e gentilezza in un negozio confortevole.
I liked a watch (Rado) that I had seen on the net, but since I didn't always have positive experiences in distance shopping, I preferred to go to a real store. I did an online search and sent an email to the Recalcati jewelry store, in less than an hour he replied giving me all the info requested; then later we heard each other by telephone.
At the weekend I decided to go in Papa Giovanni in Bergamo to see live and try quel'orologio and with satisfaction I met industry experts who were able to advise me very calmly and gently in a comfortable store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per caso, passando sul Viale circa 10 anni or sono, sono entrato in questo negozio solo per un cambio di pila ed il relativo test dell'impermeabilità al mio orologio subacqueo. Nei 15 minuti di attesa ho potuto osservare la vasta esposizione interna di orologi, gioielli ed argenti. Da allora ci sono tornato diverse altre volte, non solo per la manutenzione dei miei orologi, anche per scegliere oggetti da regalare a chi mi è caro.
By chance, passing on the Viale about 10 years ago, I entered this shop only for a change of battery and the relative test of the impermeability to my diving watch. In the 15 minutes of waiting I was able to observe the vast internal exposure of watches, jewelery and silverware. Since then I have returned several other times, not only for the maintenance of my watches, but also to choose objects to give to my dear ones.

I was this morning with a friend of mine. Finally a truly competent staff that inspires trust and reliability. I have been a watch enthusiast for years and this shop is what I have been looking for for a lifetime. Highly recommended !!! I will definitely come back in case I need to overhaul my Seiko or, why not, want to buy some more pieces to add to my collection! 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono gli unici in zona che sono riusciti a sistemarmi il cicalino di un vecchio orologio Seiko degli anni 80.
Sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.
Ci tornerò presto senz'altro.
They are the only ones in the area who have managed to fix the buzzer of an old Seiko watch from the 1980s.
They were very kind and helpful.
