Abbastanza fastidiosa -non lascia spiegare- Non sono riuscita a dire quasi nulla sulla mia situazione perché, appunto, non lascia parlare (forse conosce poco l’italiano?). Professor Meluzzi predica la fratellanza la solidarietà. Come primo impatto ne ho trovato veramente poca, sopratutto dato il grave periodo. O prendi l’appuntamento tramite whatsapp o ti rivolgi ad un’altro, se non puoi “permettertelo”, questo in poche parole mi è stato detto. Avevo scritto una mail prima della telefonata e la risposta è stata automatica il costo della parcella. Seconda mail dopo la telefonata per cercare di dire quello che non ero riuscita a dire al telefono….stessa risposta automatica. Non vengono neppure lette le mail . Ho fatto allora un ultimo tentativo con la telefonata (ho pensato che avendo a fianco al mio appartamento gli operai che trapanavano fosse anche quella la causa) MI Ha RIATTACCATO IL TELEFONO. Capisco che debba fare una scrematura delle persone ma ho trovato tutto molto freddo, anacronistico con quello che predica il Professor Meluzzi.
 Secretary answering the phone falsely polite. Quite annoying - does not let you explain - I have not been able to say almost anything about my situation because, in fact, it does not let people speak (maybe you know little Italian?). Professor Meluzzi preaches brotherhood and solidarity. As a first impact I found very little, especially given the serious period. Either make an appointment via whatsapp or contact someone else, if you can't "afford it", I was told this in a nutshell. I had written an email before the phone call and the answer was automatic the cost of the fee. Second email after the phone call to try to say what I was unable to say on the phone .... same automatic response. The emails are not even read. I then made a last attempt with the phone call (I thought that having the workers who were drilling next to my apartment was also the cause). I understand that I have to skim people but I found everything very cold, anachronistic with what Professor Meluzzi preaches.
