Hanno favorito l'altro acquirente perché era un loro contatto, ho sentito parlare l'agente al telefono durante la visita della casa con questo loro amico/collega. Hanno preso comunque la mia proposta che era più alta e poi mi hanno presa in giro dicendo che era stata accettata l'altra perché in contanti anche se più bassa, quando in realtà noi gli avremmo dato anche più della cifra richiesta e il mutuo era già stato approvato. Quindi non mi rivolgerò mai più alla Frimm e sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgervi a loro. The agency I turned to is the central one. Pensano solo al loro guadagno e scelgono loro le proposte da presentare al venditore omettendo tantissime cose tra le quali che non accettano proposte con vincoli della vendita del proprio immobile, tra l'altro un immobile in corso di proposta e quindi già a trattativa quasi conclusa. Però quando visioni l'immobile con loro non ti avvisano prima, e no...prima te lo fanno vedere così poi sei obbligato a dargli la percentuale del 4%. Vergognatevi avvisate le persone prima che non accettate proposte con vincolo della vendita del proprio immobile anche perché la maggior parte delle persone vendono per ricomprare. Disonesti!
