Ricordo ad Alessandra che il negoziante dietro l'angolo in via Borgognona mi ha chiesto di riferirle che il conto da pagare è scaduto da un paio di giorni. Ecco questo è il livello culturale. Al di là della metafora, la mia proposta all'origine è stata avanzata sulla base delle menzogne perpetrate dal cliente e avallate dall'agenzia senza accertarsi che fossero attendibili. Purtroppo non lo erano. Nessuna responsabilita' assunta nel merito.
