★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is a tourist trap, especially when it comes to the wine. The wine list is extensive and the wines quite expensive. We chose the house wine (18 euros for a bottle!).
However, the waiter brings us another bottle and says that there is no more house wine. We refuse this bottle and ask again for the wine list. We choose another bottle. The waiter comes a little later with the wine, but again our choice appears to be no longer available and he tries to force another bottle on us! We refuse because it is obvious that they want to sell tourists an overpriced bottle of wine! Same scenario at the table next to ours! Quite bizarre that at the beginning of the tourist season there are so few wines available from the wine list!
The service was also very poor and the food was far too expensive for poor quality. And finally, we had to insist repeatedly to get the bill.
Fazit: Avoid this restaurant! There are much better restaurants nearby!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was over priced for the quality. Definitely could have gotten better pasta at any home style restaurant in rome for half the price. The restaurant offered a nice environment for a meal with friends. The main problem with this restaurant was the absolutely atrocious service. It took us 2 tries to order our drinks before they came. An hour before our food arrived. After dinner our table asked for the bill four separate times before walking to the service desk and getting help from another server. Do not recommend if you are trying to have an enjoyable dinner, Rome is full of better options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our last night in Italy (and only night in Rome sadly) and we had no reservations / plans. Spent an hour or two wandering around trying to find somewhere to eat, finally ended up here. Staff is very friendly and professional. Food is terrific. 100% would come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mum described it as the best food she ever tasted. Very reasonably priced but portion sizes are small (very fancy though).
Didn't have beer so the waiter was very through in describing all the wine choices. I don't really know my wines so I took his suggestion and it was incredible.
Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, great atmosphere. The perfect combination of classy and traditional/easy-going. Kind and uplifted staff, cozy dining hall and a short but super effective menu. The price is perfect, even inexpensive considering the super touristy location and food quality. Great selection of wines too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was very good. Waiters awfully slow. 1h 30 mins for one plate only. 20 mins waiting to order, then food to arrive. 4 times had to ask for the check….then house wine bittle is 18€. We ordered just 2 cups of it, 8€ each…i’m never coming again.
