★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora: l'agente si è scusato in ogni modo ed è stato comunque carino, però resta il fatto che l'errore commesso è stato madornale; cose che possono succedere, certo, nessuno è perfetto, ma per un'agenzia immobiliare pubblicizzare un appartamento da € 1.400 (troppo alta per le qualità complessive dell'oggetto ma qui si può andare nel soggettivo) di richiesta, ad un prezzo notevolmente inferiore, quando nello stesso stabile si ha un'altra soluzione in affitto -sottodimensionata - alla cifra richiesta in prima battuta per l'appartamento invece papabile, oltre che far perdere tempo inutilmente, può instillare - per solo lecito buon senso comune e non per illazione - il dubbio che venga fatto di proposito, cosa assolutamente sgradevole.
