Ho provato più volte a cotattarli per un problema di carburante sporco presso un loro impianto e dopo 5 mesi sto ancora aspettando di essere ricontatto.
Personale della segreteria molto sgarbato ti attaccano in faccia o cercano di liquidare in malo modo.
Darei 0 stelle se potessi

I have tried several times to contact them for a dirty fuel problem at one of their plants and after 5 months I am still waiting to be contacted.
Very rude secretarial staff attack you in the face or try to liquidate badly.
