Il responsabile invece di scusarsi è stato totalmente scortese. EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!! Very bad experience, unskilled staff and they also destroyed a payment card because they didn't know how to use the POS. The manager instead of apologizing was totally rude. AVOID ABSOLUTELY !!

I've been going there for years. Always kind and available to solve every little problem thanks to the washing and the workshop. EXCELLENT staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Oltre a non aver lavato la macchina, che risultava da subito visibilmente sporca sia all’interno che all’esterno, la stessa riportava un segno bianco esteso e appiccicoso sulla fiancata non presente in precedenza. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni mi è stato detto che si trattava prima di resina, poi di escrementi di uccello e infine di un problema di carrozzeria tale per cui mi sarei dovuta recare dal carrozziere (è noto che per pulire escrementi di uccello serva il carrozziere). Indipendentemente da cosa fosse, la sostanza appiccicosa era stata visibilmente spalmata sul fianco dell’auto ed era presente anche sul sedile del guidatore. Tutto quanto sopra, corredato dall’assenza di ricevuta per il lavaggio, che ho richiesto, e di tutta risposta mi è stato detto che la cassa era chiusa. Analoga sorte capitata al cliente successivo che era con me: macchina praticamente non lavata, e fattolo notare, anche qui la risposta originale e’ stata di recarsi dal carrozziere per problemi non meglio specificati. Anche in tal caso lo scontrino è stato un optional non disponibile. Experience not to be repeated for a washing service in my case absolutely indecent.
