★ ★ ★ ★ ★ +: newly renovated apartment, close to subway and restaurants, friendly owner (he checked every day using WhatsApp or everything was okay) & a small shared kitchen
-: the breakfast was cake and plastic foiled croissants, nothing fresh. We stayed 4 nights, so it was monotonous.
The apartment is located in a narrow street, every night all night long loud traffic, yelling people and noise from the neighbors.
Overall: decent room, but 100 euro a night is way too expensive. Poor breakfast and we didn't sleep at night.

Its n a great location, heart of the old city and only a couple of minutes walk to the metro one stop from the main train station. Francisco could not have been more helpful and was very quick to respond to our every request. It really helped make our stay in Naples so easy and enjoyable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Franz went above and beyond for me! He helped me with getting around the city and had the best check in experience! He also texted me a few times to check in and make sure I was doing ok because I was a solo traveler. The house is gorgeous, and stocked with snacks and drinks. It’s also very close to the metro!! He only accepts cash for payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is really beautiful, modern, equipped, very clean, very central, close to all the monuments, the sea and the subway. I slept really well, the mattress was super comfortable. The welcome was super: the owner was very helpful and gave me valuable advice: where to eat, what to visit, how to reach Pompeii, Vesuvius, Ischia. I highly recommend this apartment: it is very cool and Naples is truly the most beautiful city in the world. See you soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is located in the heart of the historic center, it is practically very close to everything. The structure is very welcoming, spotless, beautiful furnishings and very comfortable. The owner Francesco welcomed us very well: he is very friendly and professional and helped us plan our stay by recommending what to visit and where to eat. We will definitely be back.
