β β β β β Al termine della moderna, e rara, galleria elicoidale di oltre 3000 metri e con un dislivello di 200 metri, che porta alla piana di Formazza, si apre uno scenario sempre diverso: se in basso c'Γ¨ nuvolo, spesso sopra splende il sole; se sotto d'inverno sui campi si scorge l'erba, sopra c'Γ¨ la sorpresa di alti cumuli di neve. Ho sostato a Valdo, piccola localitΓ prossima alla Cascata della Frua ed a Riale di Formazza. Qualche ristorante, qualche negozietto, case in affitto, una lunga pista rossa per esperti - (Sagerboden) e tranquille piste da discesa sia per bimbi - con tapis roulant - che per grandi - con skipass -. Una piana con complessivi 12 chilometri circa di pista per sci da fondo alla quale quest'anno hanno intelligentemente accostato una passeggiata, molto gradita e frequentata da famigliole ed anziani. Garbati e sempre sorridenti i maestri da sci. Ampi i parcheggi, alcuni vicinissimi alle piste ed altri prossimi ad esse. Γ possibile noleggiare attrezzature per sciatori e slittini. Confrontando analoghe iniziative sportive, nel complesso posso giudicare risparmiosi i prezzi praticati presso Formazzaski.
At the end of the modern, and rare, helical tunnel of over 3000 meters and with a vertical drop of 200 meters, which leads to the Formazza plain, an ever-changing scenario opens up: if there is a cloudy down below, the sun often shines above; if the grass can be seen on the fields in winter, there is a surprise of tall snowdrifts above. I stopped in Valdo, a small town close to the Frua waterfall and Riale di Formazza. A few restaurants, a few shops, houses for rent, a long red slope for experts - (Sagerboden) and quiet downhill slopes for children - with a treadmill - and for adults - with a ski pass -. A plain with a total of about 12 kilometers of cross-country ski track which this year has been cleverly approached by a walk, much appreciated and frequented by families and the elderly. The ski instructors are polite and always smiling. Large parking lots, some very close to the slopes and others close to them. It is possible to rent equipment for skiers and sledges. Comparing similar sports initiatives, on the whole I can judge the prices charged at Formazzaski as saving.
