A beautiful and still very calm lake with a great view. Perfect reward for the strenuous ascent on hiking trails that are no longer freshly marked.

Il lago è molto tranquillo e di un colore particolare.
It is a small lake with a great view. The path to climb is steep and difficult. It is recommended for mountain and adventure lovers.

I 1000m di dislivello, senza neanche un pezzo in piano, rendono la salita piuttosto impegnativa.
L'impegno per raggiungere il lago vale però tutto il prezzo della fatica, il riflesso del sole crea dei colori unici e meravigliosi.
Salita in circa 3.15h (comprese di lunghe pause) e discesa in 1h30
Fonti d'acqua assenti (oltre al torrente che esce dal lago) durante la salita. Unica presente, al ritorno, si trova un po' nascosta dalle auto nel paesino, prima di attraversare il ponte.
Consigliatissima ed emozionante
Monumental tour departing from the Fondovalle.
The 1000m of elevation gain, without even a flat piece, make the climb quite challenging.
However, the effort to reach the lake is worth the whole price of the effort, the reflection of the sun creates unique and wonderful colors.
Ascent in about 3.15h (including long breaks) and descent in 1h30
No water sources (apart from the stream that comes out of the lake) during the climb. The only one present, on the way back, is a little hidden from the cars in the village, before crossing the bridge.
