Ho provato due volte a prendere appuntamento per sistemare dei problemi della mia auto in garanzia in questo anno, e puntualmente non mi viene data disponibilità di date, perché sono sempre troppo pieni di lavoro. Praticamente si rifiutano di dare assistenza se l'auto è in garanzia, facendoti capire che è meglio andare altrove, per non aspettare mesi. Vergognoso. Bad Ford service. I have tried twice to make an appointment to fix some problems with my car under warranty this year, and I am always not given availability of dates, because they are always too full of work. They practically refuse to give assistance if the car is under warranty, making you understand that it is better to go elsewhere, not to wait for months. Shameful.

A	Aron Bossetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solitamente acquisto sempre da privati, ma questa volta mi sono affidato a questo concessionario per l'acquisto di una fiesta a gpl usata. Quando mai l'ho fatto. Da un auto usata non pretendo perfezione assoluta, ma almeno se viene descritta come "perfetta" mi aspetto che non abbia alcun problema meccanico perlomeno. A detta loro l'avevano collaudata prima della consegna; cosa assolutamente non vera, dato che dopo un solo utilizzo mi sono accorto personalmente (che non sono nemmeno meccanico) che il braccetto della sospensione destra era rotto. L'ho riportata indietro e hanno sistemato, ma non è stato l'unico problema; ho scoperto in seguito che l'aria condizionata non funzionava, in quanto il compressore era rotto, e riportando le loro parole "non è un problema nostro, hai acquistato usato e ci sono dei rischi". Per un compressore da 200 euro nuovo non mi sembrava il caso di fare tante storie, dato che vendono lamborghini e quant'altro, ma a quanto pare hanno preferito dare una brutta esperienza ad un cliente, piuttosto che pagare 200 euro per un loro errore. Detto questo non ci tornerò mai più, non do zero stelle perchè non si può. p.s i problemi che ho riportato non sono nemmeno gli unici Usually I always buy from private individuals, but this time I have entrusted to this dealer for the purchase of a used LPG fiesta. When have I ever done that. I don't expect absolute perfection from a used car, but at least if it is described as "perfect" I expect it to have no mechanical problems at least. According to them, they had tested it before delivery; which is absolutely not true, since after only one use I personally realized (that I am not even a mechanic) that the arm of the right suspension was broken. I brought it back and they fixed it, but that wasn't the only problem; I later found out that the air conditioning was not working, as the compressor was broken, and quoting their words "not our problem, you bought used and there are risks". For a new 200 euro compressor it didn't seem like a lot of fuss, since they sell lamborghinis and so on, but apparently they preferred to give a bad experience to a customer, rather than pay 200 euros for their mistake. Having said that I will never go back, I don't give zero stars because you can't. p.s the problems I have reported are not even the only ones

Mi spiace solo per il venditore molto serio e professionale.
