la professionalità, disponibilità e cortesia. Ovviamente mi sono affidata a loro anche per il regolare tagliando avendo deciso di non fare più ritorno presso la concessionaria dove avevo acquistato l’auto causa pessima assistenza post-vendita. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se era possibile davo anche meno di zero stelle. Descrivo la mia pessima esperienza presso questa concessionaria. Lascio una vettura di 8 mesi di vita in perfette condizioni per un sinistro. Al momento del ritiro mi accorgo che la vettura è sprovvista di scritte sul portellone, il volante storto (fuori convergenza), la gomma verniciata e il tergicristallo posteriore puntinato di vernice.
Lascio a chiunque voglia commentare se sia normale una cosa del genere.
Vettura acquistata nuova non da loro.
Girate altrove.
Non merita commento la risposta data dai diretti interessati. Signori leggete con attenzione!!!
If it was possible I gave even less than zero stars. I describe my bad experience at this dealership. I leave an 8-month-old car in perfect condition due to an accident. Upon collection, I realize that the car is devoid of lettering on the tailgate, the steering wheel crooked (out of convergence), the painted rubber and the rear wiper dotted with paint.
I leave it to anyone who wants to comment on whether such a thing is normal.
Car purchased new not from them.
Turn elsewhere.
