Cliente perso, sono andata alla Renault di Cantù, che ha personale molto più gentile e disponibile. t	tania raele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Galimberti Auto scrive in risposta al signor Rosario Alaimo: In seguito al suo post pubblicato un giorno fa riguardo il suo presunto tagliando rispondiamo che, come da fattura eseguita secondo procedura corretta, il prezzo da lei pagato NON riguarda un tagliando, bensì una sostituzione del Devio Luce (comando del clacson) + revisione della sua autovettura, che non avrebbe potuto essere effettuata senza sostituzione comando del clacson. Siamo rammaricati riguardo il suo post e le spiego il motivo: il prezzo da Lei pagato per sostituire il devio è più che consono per una lavorazione del genere. Cerchiamo di fare questo lavoro nel modo più CORRETTO e ONESTO possibile. Superano persino il costo del tagliando durante le garanzie . Non li consiglio proprio . If I could give zero stars I would. Nothing to complain about the kindness but as expensive as the fire in the annual ordinary maintenance. They even exceed the cost of the service during the warranties. I really don't recommend them.

Abbiamo trovato un personale poco attento alle esigienze del cliente, vago nelle delucidazione riguardo tempistiche e modalita' di riparazioni. La macchina e' stata trattenuta per una settimana e mezza quando abbiamo chiesto poi di trasferire l'auto ad un altro meccanico. Sono venuti a prenderla e me l'hanno riportata funzionante nel giro di un paio d'ore. Assistenza top. I have been using them for years and have always found myself very well.
