★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio.... lasciato la macchina 3 giorni per una semplice diagnosi, mi è stato detto che non si capiva cosa fosse...... può essere questo o quest' altro. Mi hanno spillato 80 euro senza far niente. Poi vado da un altro meccanico che ha subito trovato il problema.... un semplice tubo bucato spendendo la metà ricambio compreso.
Bad service .... left the car 3 days for a simple diagnosis, I was told that it was not clear what it was ...... it can be this or that. They stole 80 euros from me without doing anything. Then I go to another mechanic who immediately found the problem .... a simple punctured tube by spending half the spare included.

L'ultima volta ho portato l'auto con appuntamento, entrato in reception mentre ancora mi prende i dati una gentilissima signora chiama un carrozziere che quando esco ha già fatto le foto per l'ordine del pezzo danneggiato. Tempo di attesa totale meno di 5'. Sono una macchina da guerra. Complimenti.
Great professionalism and courtesy. The last time I brought the car with an appointment, I entered the reception while still taking the data for me, a very kind lady calls a coachbuilder who, when I leave, has already taken photos for the order of the damaged piece. Total waiting time less than 5 '. I am a war machine. Well done.
