Avevo solamente dimenticato di scrivere una buona recensione...ma oggi sono moralmente costretto a farlo, visto che con più di un anno di distanza il Sig. Giovanni si è preoccupato di offrirmi ancora un ottimo servizio! Servizio che in tutta sincerità non era nemmeno dovuto, perché da lui già abbondantemente adempiuto a suo tempo, ma lui ricordandosi semplicemente di noi come clienti si è preso carico di risolverci il problema. Grazie di tutto ma soprattutto complimenti per la trasparenza e l'attenzione al cliente. Aldo Fattori
I bought a car for my brother from them, despite the distance (Vicenza-Milan) everything was very simple and correct. I just forgot to write a good review ... but today I am morally forced to do so, since with more than a year away Mr. Giovanni has taken care to offer me a great service again! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si tratta di garanzia de la casa madre, cercono tutti motivi solo per non riparare, per me una brutta esperienza, a cambiare olio tutti bravi ma quando si tratta di una cosa in garanzia, la macchina non ha niente.Le gomme gli ho fatto controlare da una gomista dopo che sono andato da voi e non sono ovalizate, idem le gomme invernale erano dal 2021 e faceva uguale rumore, gli ho fato anche inversare, quindi possono dire di tutto e sempre voi avete ragione, il cambio olio lo posso fare dove voglio, non sono obligato da voi e il rumore non centra con il cambio olio.
When it comes to the warranty from the parent company, they are all looking for reasons just not to repair, for me a bad experience, to change oil all good but when it comes to a thing under warranty, the car has nothing. check by an elder after I went to you and they are not ovalized, ditto the winter tires were from 2021 and it made the same noise, I also made them reverse, so they can say everything and you are always right, I can do the oil change where I want, I am not obliged by you and the noise has nothing to do with the oil change.
