Hanno impiegato oltre una settimana per capire perché la mia Opel Corsa Viva non reggeva il minimo.
Hanno proceduto per tentativi, a mie spese, facendomi spendere € 200,00 in pezzi di ricambi (regolatore del minimo e corpo farfallato), che si sono dimostrati non essere il motivo del problema, che risiedeva, invece, nel “sensore giri” e nel “cablaggio”.
Ho pagato € 460,00 (di cui ben 8 ore di manodopera per € 351,00, assolutamente non giustificabili rispetto al tipo di intervento fatto: sostituzione del sensore giri e del cablaggio). Senza considerare le € 200,00 già spese in pezzi di ricambio inutili.
Di fronte alle mie perplessità sulla congruenza delle ore di manodopera, il titolare, sig. Crippa, si è solo inalberato ed è stato inflessibile.
Da un centro assistenza Opel mi aspettavo competenza, onestà e cortesia. Peccato!
Bad experience, unfortunately!
It took them over a week to understand why my Opel Corsa Viva was not holding up to the slightest.
They proceeded by trial and error, at my expense, making me spend € 200.00 on spare parts (idle regulator and throttle body), which proved not to be the reason for the problem, which instead resided in the "rpm sensor" and in the "wiring".
I paid € 460.00 (of which 8 hours of labor for € 351.00, absolutely not justifiable with respect to the type of intervention done: replacement of the rpm sensor and wiring). Without considering the € 200.00 already spent on unnecessary spare parts.
Faced with my concerns about the congruence of manpower hours, the owner, Mr. Crippa, he just got up and was inflexible.
I expected competence, honesty and courtesy from an Opel service center. Sin!

Ho portato la mia panda 4x4 per far cambiare le pastiglie dei freni posteriori e la sostituzione di una candeletta d'avviamento: 312 euro di spesa totale compresa la manodopera. Per me eccessivo! A MAI piu!

I brought my panda 4x4 to change the rear brake pads and replace a starter glow plug: 312 euros of total expenditure including labor. To me excessive! To never again!
