Fisso appuntamento via telefono, per vedere e valutare una 500 blu presente sul loro sito, e appena mi presento mi dicono e ci dicono subito che l’auto è stata venduta!! ( ho fatto 40 km per arrivare). Potevano avere, almeno, l'accortezza di telefonarmi e avvisare per educazione ma, nonostante avessero il mio numero, non mi hanno contattato. Rimango comunque per fare un preventivo a nome della mia ragazza ( tanto ormai avevo perso la mattinata lavorativa) e dopo un ora e mezza (!), oltre a non avere, alla fine, nessun preventivo stampato mi sento dire che io, telefonicamente, non ho mai chiesto per la 500 blu, quando le prime parole che mi hanno detto appena arrivato erano per avvisarci che l auto richiesta, la 500 blu era stata venduta! Oltretutto viene fuori che l'auto non era in pronta consegna ( avevo letto male io) ma che avremmo dovuto ordinarla. In pratica prima mi hanno detto che l' auto era stata venduta e poi mi vengono a dire che ho sbagliato io a parlare al telefono il giorno prima e a capire perchè l'auto non c'è mai stata e che andava ordinata! Presi in giro e stizziti ce ne siamo andati senza ricevere le minime scuse da parte dell 'addetto vendita. Professionalità zero e rispetto del cliente e della persona ancora meno. Sconsigliato vivamente. I give 1 star because you can't give less. (I did 40 km to get there). At least they could have had the foresight to call me and notify me out of politeness but, despite having my number, they did not contact me. However, I remain to make a quote in the name of my girlfriend (so much by now I had lost my working morning) and after an hour and a half (!), In addition to not having, in the end, no printed quote I am told that I, by telephone, do not I never asked for the blue 500, when the first words they said to me as soon as I arrived were to warn us that the requested car, the blue 500 had been sold! Moreover, it turns out that the car was not ready for delivery (I had misread) but that we should have ordered it. In practice, first they told me that the car had been sold and then they tell me that I was wrong to talk on the phone the day before and to understand why the car was never there and that it had to be ordered! Teased and angry, we left without receiving the slightest apology from the sales assistant. Zero professionalism and respect for the customer and for the person even less. Strongly not recommended.

Avendo già portato in precedenza entrambe le mie auto presso la loro officina ero certa dell ottimo risultato che avrei ottenuto, ma questa volta i loro carrozzieri si sono veramente superati. Hanno esaguito un lavoro a regola d'arte portando la mia Tipo allo splendore originale. Consigliatissimi???? On 6/4 I took my Fiat Tipo Sw to be repaired due to a vandalism on the bodywork at the Autoghinzani car repair shop in Calusco D'Adda. Having previously brought both of my cars to their workshop, I was sure of the excellent result I would get, but this time their body builders really outdid themselves. They exaggerated a work to perfection bringing my Type to its original splendor. Highly recommended????
