★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualità del servizio pessima ho chiamato per dei ricambi 3 giorni fa chiedendo se erano disponipili e mi è stato detto di si, essendo che abito a piu di 100 km di distanza ho chiesto gentilmente se mi venissero fornite delle foto dei ricambi e mi è stato detto che me le avrebbero inviate subito, dopo un paio di ore ho telefonato nuovamente e mi è stato detto che me le avrebbero inviate subito ma cosi non è stato fatto.
Il per i giorni successivi e successa la stessa cosa.
Non cosiglio a nessuno che deve comprare da fuori città perchè a me è capitato questo inconveniente.
Bad service quality I called for spare parts 3 days ago asking if they were available and I was told yes, being that I live more than 100 km away I kindly asked if I was provided with photos of the spare parts and was told that they would send them to me immediately, after a couple of hours I phoned again and was told that they would send them to me immediately but this was not done.
The same thing happened for the following days.
I do not recommend anyone who has to buy from out of town because this inconvenience happened to me.
