D	Daniel Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso il loro store per comprare un pezzo di ricambio per la mia auto, all'inizio il personale si è dimostrato disponibile prendendo i dato necessari accertandosi che il ricambio in questione fosse quello esatto. All'arrivo del mio meccanico di fiducia egli mi comunica che l'oggetto da me acquistato non fosse compatibile con quello della vettura cosi che decido ti tornare indietro dai signori (se così si possono definire) di Autoricambi B.F.P i quali al momento della mia richiesta di rimborso per l'errore da loro commesso hanno iniziato ad inveirmi contro dichiarando che il mio meccanico fosse un incompetente e che il rimborso me lo avrebbero fatto qualora io avessi dimostrato che il pezzo in questione era veramente errato per la mia auto. Decido di recarmi da un altro meccanico il quale mi ha confermato che il pezzo fosse veramente sbagliato e dopo averli chiamati mi hanno sostituito il l'oggetto. Il clienti ha sempre ragione e non ci si mette ad i urlare convinti di aver ragione perché con me cari miei avete fatto una gran figuraccia I went to their store to buy a spare part for my car, at the beginning the staff proved to be available taking the necessary data, making sure that the spare part in question was the right one.
