Ad agosto li ho visitati con la intenzione di acquistare una Fiat Tipo con i seguenti requisiti,: km 0, diesel, cambio automatico e Cruise control adattivo. Me ne sono state proposte due con queste caratteristiche. Dopo un consulto in famiglia ho deciso per l acquisto. Ritornato in concessionaria mi confermano caratteristiche, prezzo e la locazione della versione scelta (nera). Potevo vederla dal vivo alla loro sede di Gazzaniga. Lo stesso pomeriggio, insieme a mio figlio, andiamo a Gazzaniga, dove, il gentile venditore, mi conferma che l auto in realtà è nella sede di Rovetta e che l auto non è dotata di Cruise control adattivo. Deluso e arrabbiato me ne torno a casa e passando da Bonaldi ho comprato una Golf, quasi km 0, diesel, cambio automatico e Cruise control adattivo! Che poca professionalità e che delusione da Fiat! That same afternoon, together with my son, we go to Gazzaniga, where the kind salesman confirms that the car is actually in the Rovetta headquarters and that the car is not equipped with adaptive cruise control. Disappointed and angry, I go home and passing through Bonaldi I bought a Golf, almost 0 km, diesel, automatic transmission and adaptive cruise control! What a lack of professionalism and what a disappointment from Fiat!

Il Venditore mi ha fatto una proposta di acquisto inserendo un finanziamento dandomi alcune info, peccato che al momento del contratto il prezzo era lievitato di 2000€. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e di scalare quei 2000 €. Gli ho detto che il mattino seguente ci saremmo sentiti di nuovo ma lui con un msg whatsapp ha annullato l'ordine. Inoltre mi aveva garantito la consegna dopo qlc giorno invece poi ha cambiato versione anche lì. Infine chiedo di togliermi gli pneumatici dall'auto da rottamare mi ha detto che la loro concessionaria non aveva l'attrezzatura x sostituire le gomme a quando gli ho detto che le gomme gliele davo io allora mi ha detto che il gommista interno c'era e mi avrebbe tolto gli pneumatici. Una presa in giro unica. Delusione totale e tempo perso inutilmente. Dopo la sua risposta ribadisco il fatto che eravamo in 3 a sentire il venditore. Inoltre anche lei mi ha fornito un informazione sbagliata perché il contributo statale ho dovuto annullarlo e chiederne uno nuovo al contrario di quanto mi aveva assicurato lei al Tel di persona. Così ho perso altre 2 settimane di tempo e non ho ancora ricevuto risposta positiva che sia andato tutto a buon fine. Se perderò il contributo regionale mi recherò presso la sua concessionaria per avere il rimborso. Sono io quello dispiaciuto perché mi state facendo vivere un incubo.
