Non come in altri concessioari che con la scusa del Covid hanno ridotto drasticamente il loro orario mettendo in difficoltà la clientela. Serious and honest dealer, but above all who tries to meet the customer's schedule needs. Il Sig.Andrea all'accoglienza è competente nel suo ruolo e umano nel capire le problematiche della clientela. Non da meno i suoi collaboratori che eseguono le commesse con solerzia. Un cliente non si può accogliere chiedendogli di che cosa ha bisogno in modo secco e poco Cortese...... secondo la signora di che cosa avrei potuto aver bisogno in una concessionaria?? Il resto del personale invece è stato molto cortese. Sono riuscito a visionare sia Peugeot e Citroen La prima è sicuramente migliore della seconda. La concessionaria è spartana la si potrebbe sicuramente abbellire con poco c'è bisogno di un restyling Reception from the very cold lady. A customer cannot be welcomed by asking him what he needs in a dry and not very courteous way ... according to the lady, what could I need in a dealership? The rest of the staff on the other hand were very courteous. I was able to view both Peugeot and Citroen The former is certainly better than the latter. Mi hanno fatto un preventivo per l’acquisto di un’auto dicendo che mi avrebbero comunicato successivamente il preventivo per valutare il noleggio a lungo termine perché non potevano farlo al momento. Non mi hanno chiamato. Ho sollecitato io e mi hanno risposto che avevano perso il mio numero e che avrebbero rimediato. Non hanno comunicato più il preventivo per il noleggio. Sono ritornata in sede decisa a concludere l’acquisto ma mi hanno detto che nel frattempo il preventivo che mi avevano fatto era aumentato anche se il ritardo nella decisione, di tre settimane circa, era dipeso da una loro inadempienza.
