Ho fatto l’acquisto a inizio dicembre e ad oggi nemmeno una volta le ha potute usare. Le scarpe erano troppo grandi e per questo abbiamo chiesto un cambio. Sono passati più di 20 giorni lavorativi e, fra improbabili scuse, le scarpe non sono mai arrivate tanto che abbiamo dovuto chiedere il rimborso della somma pagata. Questo denota, a parer mio, la scarsa affidabilità e serietà di un’azienda che oltre a far fare brutta figura ai propri clienti, ci ha messo nelle condizioni ora, a fine stagione e verso la fine del periodo saldi, di andare alla ricerca di un nuovo paio di scarpe come regalo di Natale. Assurdo! La cordialità è sicuramente un pregio che non può però colmare grandi lacune di serietà. Initially impressed by the kindness of the orders, I decided to buy the Christmas present for my boyfriend here. I made the purchase at the beginning of December and today even once could not use them. The shoes were too big so we asked for a change. More than 20 working days have passed and, among unlikely excuses, the shoes never arrived so much that we had to ask for a refund of the sum paid. This denotes, in my opinion, the poor reliability and seriousness of a company that, in addition to making its customers look bad, has put us in a position now, at the end of the season and towards the end of the sales period, to go in search of a new pair of shoes as a Christmas present. Absurd! Cordiality is certainly an advantage that cannot, however, fill large gaps in seriousness.
