★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsi. Non rispondo la telefono, non rispondo alle e-mail. Ho trasferito il mio fondo due anni fa e ancora non risulta nello storico così non posso fare richiesta per l'anticipo della prima casa. Ho fatto ricorso al COVIP.

Qusi quattro mesi per riavere i miei soldi dopo un licenziamento, voci nella mia area personale completamente false
Confusione totale.
Mesi per rispondere a mail ( sempre che rispondano )
Evitate questo fondo se non volete avere grossi grossi problemi

Al telefono riesco a parlare con un operatore che non ha voglia di controllare la mia pratica: lo si evince dal fatto che mi risponde sgarbatamente senza chiedermi alcun dato personale. Insisto e mi rifila una motivazione diversa dalla precedente. Sconsiglio finché non impareranno ad assumere personale qualificato e con voglia di fare.
Zero assistance and information. Useless online chat. No reply by mail. On the phone I can speak to an operator who does not want to check my file: it can be seen from the fact that he answers me rudely without asking me for any personal data. I insist and give me a different motivation from the previous one. I do not recommend until they learn to hire qualified and willing to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i Valori di investimento sono buoni ma è un ente lento con tempi biblici. Ho fatto richiesta di aumentare la contribuzione (dare più soldi) a febbraio e viene accettata solo da settembre.
Il sito dedicato agli iscritti (quelli che versano i soldi) ha una interfaccia utente obsoleta, lenta e di difficile utilizzo: difficile leggere le informazioni, complesso vedere insieme dati diversi, pressocchè impossibile capire se/quanto i propri versamenti sono stati proficui (a meno di fare il lavoro da soli).
Accesso al sito con vecchi metodi (user/password), non con single sign on (controverifica via sms su cellulare/mail) ma poi, per le modifiche/richieste bisogna mandare una raccomandata....manca solo che chiedano un fax e torniamo diretti algi anni '80!

Access to the site with old methods (user / password), not with single sign on (cross-check via text message on mobile phone / mail) but then, for changes / requests, you have to send a registered letter .... they just need to ask for a fax and let's go back headed to the 80s!
